REGIONAL ROUND-UP
I wanted to thank the Texas Plains Trail for hosting and holding the 5th Annual Tourism and Preservation Regional Round-Up Conference at the River Valley Pioneer Museum last week. It was great having everyone here in our museum and in our town and we were thrilled to accommodate the Texas Plains Trail and attendees.
MUSEUM GALA FUNDRAISER
This year’s annual Gala and Auction Fundraiser has been set for Saturday, October 5th. During this year’s Gala, photography by local artist Dick Wilberforce will be on display. The Gala evening will include a delicious Prime Rib dinner with all the fixin’s catered by Alexander’s Deli, live entertainment by The Ramblin Rankins, and an opportunity for our guests to bid on an assortment of auction items in the silent and live auction events.
