SUMMER DAY CAMP 2021

We had a great time during our History Day Camp last week! Our campers included Morgan and Natilyn Bradford, Lucas LeFever, Ella Moss, Easton Schafer, Esmeriah Shields, Sterling Thomas, Corben Whittle, Eric Wilson, and Kyle Wright. We made Native American necklace pouches, tooled leather, and homemade butter. We played games that Native American and Pioneer children would have played. Finally, we took a tour and learned the history of Main Street. We even had a nice tour of the county courthouse. I want to a BIG thank you to Judge George Briant, Ilene Floyd, Brenda Jenkins, Trevor Powell, Kari Reis, Lizzy Sansing, and the museum’s board of directors for making this adventure a success! Check out our Facebook page and see all the fun we had.
